On the evening of May 3rd, Drum Corps International approved Impulse for a national tour. “We were confident DCI would approve our return to the national stage”, said corps director Mike Lopez. “All of the preparation and rehearsal to this point have been geared toward a full tour and we are looking forward to competing in Michigan City at the open class championships.” Impulse is planning their tour through the upper mid-west and Great Lakes area. If you are still looking for a place to march this summer, Impulse does have a few positions open in the brass, guard, and front ensemble. For more info, email [email protected].
