Impulse entertains center court at NBA playoffs
Members of the Impulse drum line took center court on Wednesday, May 21 performing as part of game one of the NBA Western Conference Finals at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
2009 Audition Information
Impulse auditions for the 2009 season will be held on Sunday December 7th and Sunday December 21st from 10am to 5pm with registration and sign-in beginning at 9am. This two day audition process will take place at Loara High School in Anaheim, CA. The Audition fee is $50.00 per / person and covers the cost of both audition dates.
Please wear appropriate clothing for marching movements and instrument playing. This includes running shoes, and layered clothing that accommodates cool mornings and mild to warm afternoons. Remember to bring water, and money for lunch (or sack lunch).
Impulse is entering its 11th season as a musical arts organization solely dedicated to providing the youth of Southern California continued opportunities to perform at the highest level while entertaining audiences with the unique IMPULSE brand of musical athletics. Impulse Drum Line Members to Perform at First Outdoor NBA game.
The Impulse drum line will be providing entertainment at the first ever outdoor NBA game being held at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Saturday, October 11, 2008. The group has been scheduled to perform during pre-game festivities, half-time and commercial breaks. The game between the Denver Nuggets and the Phoenix Suns can be seen live on TNT.
This performance continues the Impulse Youth Arts Organizations commitment to providing its members with unique entertainment opportunities that facilitate the showcasing of their musical and athletic talents.
